The 35th Street Home has all what a home need. The comfortable, luxurious, unique, suitable furnishes and beautiful view. Maybe, because the designer of this house, Lazar Design/Build, is the owner, so, he really knows what the perfect things to this home. Wood is still the favorite material in this house. Floor, ceiling, stair,some furnishes
This house has two spaces. first, the family’s communal areas lies perpendicular to the curves at that level, thus creating new landings and consolidating the existing landings. An office was placed over the garage area in order to make it possible to work at home on occasions and take advantage of this location.
Was actually able to use a lot of ambient for this one, but there’s an SB24 down in the room below left, with diffuser cap aimed at the rear right corner of that room (the big gold slab). Another is down the hall, in an alcove on the right side (you can see the hotspot [...]
Three lights at full strength, and one low-power one to bring up detail on the fireplace, in order to pull in the view out the arched window. One light to camera left, aimed at the ceiling, another to camera right, also aimed at the ceiling, both bare-bulb, both 1/1 power
One SB24 up on the half-landing, bouncing off the high ceiling, another to camera left, bouncing off the wall to the left, and another in the living room, bouncing off the left wall/ceiling. Oh- and an on-camera 430EX bounced from the ceiling. All triggered with eBay devices. more detail
